小早川隆景が、竹原の町並み保存地区にある照蓮寺を建てました。
すぐれた軍事の才能を持つ人物として知られています。

16世紀、朝鮮から高麗の鐘を日本に持ち帰り、照蓮寺に寄進しました。
この出来事を喜び、竹原の人々は踊ったと伝えられています。この踊りがもとになり、現在の竹原やっさっさ流し踊りが町並みに合うようにアレンジされて生まれました。

ツアーでは、踊りの鑑賞に加え、踊り子と一緒に踊る体験や写真撮影がプログラムに含まれています。

In the 16th century, Hiroshima had a powerful lord who built a temple in the town and donated a Korean bell—considered one of the oldest in Japan—an event that later inspired Takehara Yassasa Nagashi Odori, a traditional dance adapted to the historic townscape.

During the tour, guests can watch the dance, dance together with the performers, and take photos.
